摘      要：对新发展理念下体育强国建设方略进行探讨。研究认为：坚持创新发展，中国体育发展的新动能将取之不尽用之不竭；坚持协调发展，中国群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化齐头并进不留短板；坚持绿色发展，中国体育处处都是金山银山；坚持开放发展，中国体育将会为全球体育治理做出中国的贡献；坚持共享发展，才能实现建设体育强国的根本目标即国家之幸、人民之福。

Abstract: The objective is to explore sports power construction strategies under the new development conception. The author concluded the followings: adhering to innovatively developing new energy for Chinese sports develop-ment will make the energy inexhaustible; adhering to coordinated development will enable mass sports, competitive sports, sports industry and sports culture to develop concurrently and leave no weakness; adhering to green devel-opment will make sports treasures everywhere in China; adhering to opening development will make Chinese con-tributions to global sports governance; only adhering to shared development can realize the fundamental goals of constructing the sports power, i.e. nation greatness and people happiness.
