Guangdong mass basketball is able to combine with many advantages and epochal characteristics of the province, and provided with such basic characteristics as a longitudinal three-level competition system, busi-ness interaction between urban agglomerations, cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, “Internet +” competition management, etc. According to the public governance theory, “Guangdong mode” formation is mainly attributed to the government’s infrastructure support, the market’s tremendous input and the social groups’ initiative participation; under the condition of fully exerting respective advantages, these three parties have formed a good development power mechanism via co-governance.
