By applying the public product theory, and by using research methods such as literature data study, expert interview and logic analysis, the authors probed into the issue of the diversification of the products provided by different service subjects of big sta-diums, and revealed the following findings: the products provided by different service subjects of big stadiums nowadays are problems such as that the products provided by some subjects are not diversified enough, that subject responsibility implementation is not autonomously enough, that subject regulation and policy execution is not thor-ough enough, and that the social supervision system is not completed enough, etc. By deeply analyzing the causes of these problems, coupled with the specific case of Guangdong Olympic Sports Center, the authors put forward the following solutions in order to ensure the differentiation of and effective product supply by different service subjects of big stadiums: improve the government’s management performance; plan the products supplied by the subjects; strengthen regulation and system construction and perfect the social supervision system.
