摘      要：借鉴跨域治理理论，就区域公共体育服务跨域治理的措施进行论证，具体包括：构建区域公共体育服务跨域治理的组织机制，优化区域公共体育服务跨域治理的财政制度，制定区域公共体育服务跨域治理的合作清单，吸纳社会组织参与区域公共体育服务跨域治理，鼓励市场组织融入区域公共体育服务跨域治理，公共体育服务跨域治理要嵌入国家区域发展战略，借助电子政务建设推进区域公共体育服务跨域治理，加强对区域公共体育服务跨域治理的监督与评估等。

Abstract: By referring to the transregional governance theory, the author demonstrated measures for regional public sports service transregional governance, specifically including: establish a regional public sports service transre-gional governance organization mechanism; optimize the regional public sports service transregional governance financial system; make a regional public sports service transregional governance cooperation list; accept social or-ganizations to participate in regional public sports service transregional governance; encourage market organizations to blend into regional public sports service transregional governance; embed regional public sports service transre-gional governance into national regional development strategies; boost regional public sports service transregional governance with the help of electronic government affairs construction; strengthen regional public sports service transregional governance supervision and evaluation etc.
