摘要：在文献调研、问卷调查、专家访谈和社会学统计的基础上，对江苏竞技排球后备力量培养的现状进行了调查和分析，指出不足，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: Under the basis of literature summary, the papers investigation, professional inquiry and social statistics, the article analyses cultivation actuality of reserve forces of Jiangsu volleyball, points out existing problems and raises corresponding effective measures.
