However, system assurance in venue service restricted venue benefit realization to different extents. By using re-search methods such as literature data, survey and logic analysis etc, the authors made an in-depth study of system failures in venue service, starting with system assurance in large sports venue service in China. The results indicate that there were problems in large sports venue service, such as the vertical management system being not thorough, the horizontal management system being not in place, the daily management system being imperfect, etc. The au-thors put forward countermeasures such as intensifying management subject functions, perfecting system content design, boosting system execution and implementation, valuing system evaluation and feedback, etc.
