锻炼行为激发机制的研究进展

摘要：对锻炼心理学领域内与健康有关的锻炼行为理论和模型(健康信念模型、保护动机模型、合理行为模型、计划行为模型、自我决定模型、社会认知模型、自我效能模型和跨理论模型)进行分析与评价，并在前人研究的基础上提出锻炼行为激发机制研究的发展方向。

The research's progress of inspiring mechanism of exercise

Abstract: This paper reviews the main theories of exercise behavior.These are the Health Belief Model，Protection Motivation Theory，Theories of Reasoned Action and Planned Behavior，Social Cognition Theory，Self-Efficacy theory，Self-Determination Theory, and the Tran theoretical Model of behavior change.The authors analyze their advantage and disadvantage, and produce a research orientation on the base of the predecessors' work.
