2.School of Physical Education，Hunan University of Technology，Zhuzhou 412000，China) Abstract: Based on the perspective of policy historical evolution, the authors traced the evolution and transition of China’s sports public service policies since the founding of new China 70 years age, summarized the characteristics of evolution and transition of policy supply, and expected the basic trends of China’s sports public service policies in the “14th Five-Year” period. The authors concluded that China’s sports public service policy in the 70 years can be divided into such 5 stages as initial exploration period, stagnation period, reform and transition period, deepened reform period, and booming period. Its evolution and transition tracks have such characteristics as supply main body changing from state monopoly to coexistence with society, value orientation changing from focusing on social development needs to social livelihood needs, goal pursuit changing from valuing size and efficiency to focusing on quality and equity, the policy system going from sin-gle policy to multiple policy synergy, the supply layout going from city and town segmentation to city and town integrated planning, etc. The authors expected the following trends of China’s sports public service policies in the “14th Five-Year” period: policy thinking will focus on the reform of “power delegation, delegation and control combination, and service op-timization”; policy decision-making will tend to “negotiatory and democratic”; policy contents will be “refined” gradually; policy objectives will point to “regional synergy”; policy execution will go to “external supervision”, etc.
