（School of Physical Education，South China University of Technology，Guangzhou 510641，China) Abstract: Based on the risk management theory, by using methods such as literature study, hierarchy analysis as well as survey and interview, the authors studied the risk management in the process of asset securitization of large sports venues, analyzed the feasibility and realistic basis of asset securitization of large sports venues, as well as the credit risk, environmental risk and capital risks existing in the venues, and put forward countermeasures and sugges-tions for intensifying the risk management of venue asset securitization. The authors hope to help large sports ven-ues get out of the financing predicament through the risk management of asset securitization, optimize venue re-source configuration, and practically improve large sports venue development performance.
