Abstract: The starting logic of China's professional basketball governance is attributed to the "triple contradiction" problem of the league in terms of industrial market expansion, social embedding, social responsibility behavior, and performance supply quality. Governance value logic must follow the people-centered value to achieve the compre-hensive development of people, the core value of “dual convergence” of commerce and society, and the value of the times to highlight the core competitiveness of constructed by the powerful country in sports. The logic of action of professional basketball governance in China should be based on the”identification-subject-rule-field” construction logic to build an alliance “co-construction, co-governance, and sharing” governance community; based on the de-mand logic of “identifying demand-satisfying demand-creating demand, “we construct the symbiotic relationship of mutual benefit symbiosis, brand resonance and resource sharing among the core stakeholders of the league; using the endogenous logic of “cognition promotion-system regulation-communication practice” to build a governance action and evaluation system with social responsibility as the “core concern”. Under the ecological protection of “common subject” construction and “symbiosis of interests”, through “social responsibility internalization” to break the situation and take the road of “commercial” and “society” driving together, must be the professional basketball “good governance” for sustainable development strategy in China.
