(School of Physical Education，Anqing Normal University，Anqing 246133，China) Abstract: To overcome the deficiency of teaching mode of public physical education extracurricular club system, improve the teaching quality of university physical education course further, create a high-level, innovative and challenging gold class of Internet plus university physical education, the teaching mode of public physical education class club system has been discussed from the aspects of the teaching content and form, from three aspects of the examination content and method, the school sports work management system and mechanism in Anqing Normal University, depending on the basis of previous research and taking the reform of curriculum club as the core, the teaching research as the support, the reform and innovation as the driving force, the scientific management as the guarantee and the construction of teaching staff as the focus, in which the remarkable results have been achieved at present. Finally some suggestions are put forward to further improve the teaching mode of public physical education class club system.
