(School of Physical Education，Zhengzhou University，Zhengzhou 450001，China) Abstract: The ideological and political education of physical education curriculum is to complete the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people", to give full play to the moral education function and value guidance of physical education curriculum teaching, and infiltrate the cultivation and practice of socialist core values into the construction of physical education curriculum, the implementation of physical education curriculum and the development of physical education curriculum resources. Through the methods of literature review, logical reasoning and so on, this paper deeply analyzes the connotation, characteristics, difficulties and value guidance of Ideological and political education in physical education curriculum. In order to make the socialist core values become the spiritual axiom of all teachers and students, it is necessary to integrate the physical education value guidance into the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum. It is also necessary to follow the law of college students' growth and success and the characteristics of being willing to accept the ideological and political education of physical education curriculum, scientifically excavate the ideological and political elements in physical education curriculum teaching, and assiduously cultivate the fertile soil of physical education value guidance and create suitable learning and exercise situation for college students. To comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of college physical education curriculum, it is necessary to integrate physical education value guidance throughout the whole process of physical education knowledge and skills teaching and sports ability training, and guide and help college students gradually form a correct outlook of the world, the life and the value, respectively.
