(1.Research Base of Physical Education and Teaching in Shanghai“Lide Shuren”Key Research Base of Humanity and Social Science，College of Physical Education and Health，East China Normal University，Shanghai 200241，China；2.High School Affiliated，Shanghai Jiao Tong University，Shanghai 200439，China；3.School of Media and Art，Shanghai University of Sport，Shanghai 200438，China) Abstract: This paper use literature review, content analysis, interview and other methods, through concluding and summarizing the curriculum ideological and political construction has experienced four development stages: concept proposal, practice discussion, deepening reform and standardized implementation, thinks that the curriculum ideological and political elements in physical education major should be based on the socialist core values, the general goal of moral education in colleges and primary schools, the guidelines for the construction of the ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities, teachers' professional ethics,and the cultivation objectives and graduation requirements of physical education major; and on this basis, the overall curriculum ideological and political elements and each curriculum group ideological and political elements of physical education major of the structural system are constructed, the aim is to provide theoretical reference for the ideological and political construction of physical education major implemented in colleges and universities.
