Department of Sports Training,Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University,Hangzhou 311300,China) Abstract: By using the method of literature review, field survey and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the theoretical connotation, evolution logic, key elements and practical pattern of the intelligent transformation and upgrading for stadiums and gymnasiums. The research shows that the intelligent transformation and upgrading for stadiums and gymnasiums is not a denial of traditional stadiums and gymnasiums, but a dynamic process of innovation in the utilization of venue resources, the optimization of service quality and the improvement of management efficiency; the logic evolution of organizational advocacy, industry practice, and academic discussion has jointly promoted the intelligent transformation and upgrading of stadiums and gymnasiums; as a systematical project, the intelligent upgrading of the stadiums and gymnasiums has been accomplished by a combination of key elements of management, service, resources and marketing; the practice mode of that one should be classified to form an ideal tendency of the orientation of the large-scale stadium, the following of medium-scale stadium and the promotion of small-scale stadium.
