(1.Key Laboratory of Physical Fitness and Exercise Rehabilitation of Hunan Province，Hunan Normal University，Changsha 410012，China；2.Exercise and Physical Fitness Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education，Beijing Sport University，Beijing 100084，China) Abstract: The publicity of the test results with the national standard for students’ physical health has the value of improving the supervision system, enhancing the implementation effect and reducing the operation cost, but faces the risks of conflict of rights and interests, the hidden dangers of functional alienation, and the crisis of softening punishment at the same time. The reason lies in the lack of public awareness of the test results of the national standard for students’ physical health, and the lack of legal restraint in the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the publicity of government information, and the implementation mechanism for publicizing the test results of the standards in the educational institution is not perfect. Clarifying the publicity organization, carrying out the responsibility mechanism, standardizing the publicity process and sinking the responsibility of supervision are the practicable way to break out this dilemma of publicizing the test results of the national standard for students’ physical health.
