摘 要：“十四五”时期体育强国建设新征程中，公众体育意识的提高、科学健身方法的普及、体育文化的传播等体育科普工作，是全民健身活动广泛开展的重要内容。以杭州图书馆运动主题分馆为例，介绍了公共文化部门建设运动主题图书馆的背景和进行体育科普工作的实践，提出完善运动主题图书馆的思考。研究认为应重视体育科普工作、善于利用新兴媒介、抓住大型体育盛会历史机遇、继续深化社会合作实现优势互补和重点关注青少年和中老年弱势群体的体育需求。

Abstract: In the new journey of building a sports power during the 14th five-year plan period, the work on the popularization of sport science including the improvement of public sports consciousness, the popularization of scientific fitness methods, and the dissemination of sports culture, are the important contents of the extensive development of national fitness activity. Taking the sports theme branch of Hangzhou library as an example, this paper introduces the background of the construction of sports theme library in the public culture department and the practice on the popularization of sports science, and puts forward the thought of improving the sports theme library. It is suggested that we should attach much importance to the popularization of sports science, make good use of new media, seize the historical opportunity of large-scale sports events, continue to deepen social cooperation to realize complementary advantages, and pay more attention to the sports needs of the disadvantaged group comprising teenagers, and the middle-aged and elderly.
