(School of Physical Education,Hunan Normal University,Changsha 410012,China) Abstract: Sports behavior runs through one's sports career and overall development education, but under the educational environment of "body-mind dualism", "sports instrumentalism" and "neglecting for unobserved sport action ", the current sports behavior of pupils has some behavioral alienation, such as subject alienation, motivation alienation, process alienation and result alienation, which makes it difficult for elementary school students to recognize the physical and mental benefits caused by sports. With insufficient "material" for the construction of sports meaning, it becomes harder forming healthy sports behaviors and good physical exercise habits. With the concept of "mind-body monism", physical literacy provides us with a new direction of cultivation, which is to pursue the return of children's sports behavior to the nature of life through games; strengthen the experience and knowledge of pupils' sports behaviors in a practical way; apply the method of environmental cultivation to embed sports behavior into the environment; develop children's consciousness of autonomy and strive to achieve the overall development of body and mind, so as to rise to the behavior realm of sports lifestyle. This study is to change the phenomenon of low physical quality caused by the alienation of children's sports behavior, and then explore the return of the authenticity of sports behavior and forms physical literacy.
