(School of Physical Education,Northeast Normal University,Changchun 130024,China) Abstract: With the increasing deep of the globalization of sports, the country has made a major decision to market-oriented reform of competitive sports. Introducing the framework of multiple system logic analysis to examine the high-quality development formation mechanism of professional sports organization in China, in the process of multiple system logic interaction, such as the government logic of the central government's concept orientation and strategic choice, the logic of risk avoidance and collusion between interest groups in the transmission of policy objectives, the interaction of social governance efficiency and social logic of participation in public sports services, the consideration of investment income efficiency and the market logic pursued by the spirit of contract, these subjects may carry out decision-making and action in the development of professional sports organizations with their own institutional logic, and the game and conflict of multi-behavior choice shape the realistic dilemma of the high-quality development of professional sports organizations in China. The study finds that under the multi-system logic game, the high-quality development of professional sports organizations in China is faced with conflicting dilemmas such as interest orientation, behavior choice and historical power change. In view of these, it is proposed to deepen the government's leading strategy and concept of high-quality development drive, form a balanced pattern of interests of all parties; alleviate the crisis of departmental policy implementation at the branch level, jointly formulate supporting policies for up-down docking; rebalance the political and social relations of professional sports organizations, form a benign interaction pattern embedded with autonomy; establish and improve the market system construction of modern professional sports organizations, promote the market to occupy the leading force in the allocation of resources, and all these aim to build a multi-system coordination system for the high-quality development of professional sports organizations in China.
