Abstract: The teaching of "sports diversity of junior high school" aims to develop good physical literacy by discovering sports that meet the individual's interests through the student diversity program experience. The causes are that by the goal orientation of the core quality of sports disciplines in the new era, the realistic needs of physical and mental development of junior high school students, and the disadvantages of solving the imbalance of the integration of sports skills teaching. Main features are as follows: the project to focus on the multi-experience of students, mining interest needs; teaching process pay attention to the level of progressive, emphasizing before and after to undertake; teaching methods pay attention to individual differences and respect the development of personality. The construction of "diversity" teaching system includes the five following aspects: (1) the diversity of teaching content: based on the core quality of the subject to carry out "hierarchical" structure design; (2) the diversity of teaching methods: focus on problems, situations, levels, structured teaching methods and content linked; (3) the diversity of teaching organizations: diversification of teaching design with "unit teaching" as the focus; (4) the diversity of teaching evaluation: on the basis of diversification to achieve effective docking with the content of secondary sports; (5) the diversity of exercise experiences: forming the effective integration of cognitive, physical and emotional multiple experiences.
