(1.School of Physical Education，South China University of Technology，Guangzhou 510641，China； 2.School of Physical Education，Henan Polytechnic University，Jiaozuo 454000，China) Abstract: Sports volunteer service is an important component of sports governance, and stepping into the new era, some dilemma has been faced by sports volunteer service on participation in social governance as follows: (1) There is a serious disconnection between sports volunteer service and people’s livelihood; (2) there is not a conjunction between community and organization in the national fitness volunteer service; (3) there is no effective interaction between school and family in volunteer service with school physical education; (4) the sports volunteer service lacks of united and guarantee mechanism. Based on these above, this study points out: (1) making use of the voluntary service resources of the competition to serve the people's livelihood; (2) the national fitness organization sinking the community to complete the effective connection between the organization and the community; (3) strengthening the interaction and cooperation between home and school to promote the development of school sports volunteer service; (4) strengthening the linkage and cooperation of multi-departments, and establish an intelligent information system of sports voluntary service to improve the ability of multiple governance; (5) straightening out the mechanism system and improve the emergency management system of sports voluntary service.
