The study holds that specialized teaching ability for teachers from “flexible physical education moving classes” teaching means an comprehensive teaching literacy and ability to carry out the super mega unit course teaching, which is hold by physical education teachers and the necessity for “flexible physical education moving classes” teaching. The specialization of teaching content and teaching process for “flexible physical education moving classes”, the selectivity of sports learning, the comprehensive development of teaching process, the systematization of multi-method comprehensive functional learning process of teaching practice and competition, and the fine gridding of teaching process. Physical education teachers are required to have special sports ability, special teaching and training ability, super-large unit (course) content design ability, development and utilization of teaching resources ability, competition organization and arrangement ability, teaching method innovation ability and professional enthusiasm. the specialized teaching ability, in order to meet the practical needs of the “flexible physical education moving classes” teaching. Based on this, through the professional training of before-vocational education, the professional training of post-vocational education and the continuous and diversified training path, including autonomous learning, collective lesson preparation, team leading practice and project mentoring system, we can continuously improve the specialized teaching ability of “flexible physical education moving classes” teachers in an all-round way.
