摘 要：为促进中华武术发展符合时代规律，运用文献资料、访问调查等方法，探讨中华武 术演进规律，提出中华武术“打、育、玩”一体化的发展方略，即应以“玩的形式”“打的手段” 实现“育的目标”。研究认为：中华武术在当今时代的发展并不符合其演进规律，出现“‘打的手 段’处于弱化阶段，‘育的目标’处于背离阶段，‘玩的形式’处于被忽视阶段”现象。从学校武 术教育的视角，提出中华武术构建“打、育、玩”一体化发展策略：改革“无打”的教学模式， 促进“打育玩一体化”模式形成；创新“打”的教学内容，加快“打育玩一体化”融合。

Abstract: In order to promote the development of Chinese Wushu conforming to regularity of the era, using the  methods of literature and interview survey, analyzing and summarizing the evolution regularity of Chinese Wushu  from the ancient time to now, putting forward the development strategy of integration in "fighting, education and  play" for Chinese Wushu, meaning to use "the form of play" and "the way of fighting" to realize "the goal of  education". The study finds that: the development of Chinese Wushu not conforms the regularity of evolution in the  modern era, and "the way of fighting" is at the weakening stage, "the goal of education" is at the deviating stage,  "the form of play" is at the ignoring stage. This article puts forward the development strategies for Chinese Wushu  in building the integration of "fighting, education and play" from the angle of Wushu education at school: reforming  the teaching mode of "no fighting" and promoting the formation of the integration in "fighting, education and play";  innovating the teaching content of "fighting" and accelerating the combination of integration in "fighting, education  and play".
