(School of Physical Education,Hengshui University,Hengshui 053000,China) Abstract: The guiding ideology of school physical education is in a situation of multiple simultaneous development, and each guiding ideology has its own proposition for the guidance of school physical education, and there is no natural mortise and tenon foundation between them. Under the situation that the guiding ideology of school physical education is diversified, it is necessary to discuss the possibility of its all-inclusive to realize the beauty and common effect of the guiding ideology of school physical education. The research believes that the all-inclusive of guiding ideology for school physical education is based on functional division. The functional division is from the starting point of guiding ideology for school physical education, that is, the body as the breakthrough point. According to the approach orientation of physical education, it explores the all-inclusive of guiding ideology for school physical education. From the perspective of function, this paper divides the ideology of school physical education from why teach (the guiding ideology of lifelong sports), what to teach (the guiding ideology for skills), how to teach (the guiding ideology for happy sports), and to what extent (the guiding ideology for physical education in schools, the guiding ideology for health first), so as to achieve the overall benefit of the physical education expectation in the guiding ideology for school physical education.
