| (Department of Physical Education,Luoyang Teachers College, Luoyang 471022，China) Abstract: The author finds in years of teaching practice that the students have got quite different achievements in the same education situation.In order to explore into the subjective factors which have effect on the achievements of the students,the author,in the light of education and teaching theory as well as theory of psychological test, makes a detailed study of the achievement motive, the relationship, the mutual effect degree and its mechanism between the study attitude and academic achievements,the findings of which show that while the relationship between achievement motive,study attitude and the academic achievements of the students is complicated, achievement motive and study attitude along with their interaction generally exert a great impact on the academic achievements of the students.
