| (Department of Physical Education, Western Chongqing University, Chongqing 402168, China) Abstract: From the concept of creation education, innovation education and enterprise education, the article elaborates the necessity that physical higher education in China carries out “San chuang Education”.The author thinks that regulating guiding ideology for running a school, renewing educational idea and construction for teachers troops is the premise factors of carrying out“San chuang Education”.The proposal:optimizing courses offered in a college, forming courses system of “San chuang Education”,reforming educational model, blazing new trails of educational method and etc.
