Abstract: As an important component of sports, leisure sports is the result of people's pursuit with beauty and active participation in the sports world. It embodies an active attempt to pursue a better life at different stages of people's lives, which has profound significance for focusing on the needs of micro-individuals and promoting their development in the process of building a leading sporting nation. The development and evolution of thought can be embodied in reviewing classics and combining the reality. Hence, in order to seek a new perspective on the analysis of individual participation in leisure sports, this paper takes Zhu Guangqian's "talking about beauty" as the starting point, and from three aspects of elaborating on the rationality of introducing beauty into the analysis of leisure sports, the balanced value of leisure sports from the perspective of beauty, and the embodied value of leisure sports from the perspective of beauty, so as to explain the important enlightened effect of the perspective of beauty in the course of generation and review with sports experience from the leisure sports experience.
