(School of Physical Education,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510641,China) Abstract: Colleges and universities bear an important mission in helping the economic and social development in the new era, building an innovative country, and cultivating talents in morality, intelligence, physical education, beauty and labor, and the cultivation of sports talents plays an irreplaceable role in realizing a healthyChinaand a leading sporting nation. By using the methods of literature, investigation and interview, and using the theory of differentiated teaching and the theory of "the unity of teaching, learning and doing", this paper explores the teaching mode of the integrated cultivation of bachelor and master for students majored in physical education in ordinary universities. Based on the differentiated analysis of the characteristics between the undergraduates and postgraduates majored in physical education, this paper puts forward the practicable path of establishing the interdisciplinary talent training system for the undergraduates and postgraduates, standardizing the teaching assessment management system for the undergraduates and postgraduates, and exploring the linkage mode of scientific research innovation for the undergraduates and postgraduates. At the same time, combined with the practice of the integrated cultivation of undergraduates and postgraduates majored in physical education at South China University of Technology, countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated cultivation of undergraduates and postgraduates training are put forward from four dimensions, including "three-force" teaching reform, mechanism of mutual assistance between teachers and students, construction of practice base, and tutor selection system, so as to improve the cultivation quality of professional talents in physical education for higher education in China.
