This article discusses the methodology of "extracurricular physical education homework", and analyzes the problems from implementing "interesting" and "simple" "extracurricular physical education homework". It argues that "extracurricular physical education homework" in China is facing five major problems, including "disapproval", "unscientific", "not (seriously) completion", "incomplete implementation process", "lack of systematical guarantee", and one-sided pursuit of "simple" and "fun" "extracurricular physical education homework" has been also worth exploring. The process of "extracurricular "simple" and "fun" homework" has six stages, such as keeping, doing, supervising, receiving, judging, evaluating, and the work in each stage also needs to be improved, especially the link of receiving, judging and evaluating physical education homework needs to be strengthened.
