摘      要：坚持北京冬奥会成果由人民共享是北京冬奥会遗产传承的愿景旨归，也是对共享发展理念的积极回应。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对共享发展理念视域下北京冬奥会遗产传承进行理论梳理，以求促进北京冬奥会遗产更全面造福社会大众。北京冬奥会遗产传承是全民共建、成果共享和动态共享的实践过程，体现坚持冬奥会遗产惠及广大人民群众和助力缓解不平衡、不充分发展问题的价值取向，应充分考虑共享发展理念与其他发展理念的整体性、遗产传承需适应经济社会发展的系统性和冬奥会遗产传承在7大领域内的协同性等基本原则。研究认为秉持全民共享、全面共享、共建共享和渐进共享的发展理念，从主体视角传承冬奥会遗产以实现充分发展、从内容视角传承冬奥会遗产以推动均衡发展、从方式视角传承冬奥会遗产以促进创新发展、从进程视角传承冬奥会遗产以保持良性发展是北京冬奥会遗产传承的现实理路。

Abstract: Insisting that the achievements of the Beijing Winter Olympics are shared by the people is the purpose of the vision of the legacy inheritance of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and is also a positive response to the concept of shared development. This study uses the method of literature and logical analysis to theoretically sort out the legacy inheritance of the Beijing Winter Olympics from the perspective of shared development concept, so as to promote the legacy of the Beijing Winter Olympics to benefit the public in a better and more comprehensive way. The legacy inheritance of the Beijing Winter Olympics is a practical process of joint contribution by the whole people, sharing of achievements and dynamic sharing, it reflects the value orientation of benefiting the people and helping to alleviate the problems of unbalanced and inadequate development, and full consideration should be given to the basic principles such as the integrity of the concept of shared development and other development concepts, the systematization of the legacy inheritance to adapt to the economic and social development, and the synergy of the legacy inheritance in the seven fields of the Winter Olympics. The research suggests that adhering to the vision of shared by all, comprehensive sharing, jointly build and share as well as gradual shared, from the perspective of subject inheriting Olympic legacy in order to realize the full development, from the perspective of content inheriting Olympic legacy to promote the balanced development, from the perspective of way inheriting Olympic legacy to promote innovation and development, from the perspective of process inheriting Olympic legacy to keep the enough development, which is a realistic way to inherit the legacy of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
