Based on exploring the concept reform and action consciousness for public physical education teachers should be naturally performed in teaching practice under the perspective of integration between sports and education, this study puts forward several relief strategies, such as paying equal attention to imparting knowledge and cultivating character and spirit, and constantly reforming and innovating the teaching models, methods and evaluations, expecting to help promote the integration of sports and education into practice in the public physical education teaching at college and university in the new era.
