Shandong College of Electronic Technology,Jinan 250200,China) Abstract: By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, starting from the theoretical connotation of digital-driven platform governance for public service of national fitness, according to the characteristics of platform governance, focusing on the four aspects of digital platform, data elements, collaborative cooperation and technology upgrading, the functional mechanism of digital-driven platform governance for public services of national fitness has been discussed. On this basis, further excavate and clarify the crux of the problems restricting the digital-driven platform governance for public service of national fitness, and likewise, given that the obstacles such as prominent digital inequality caused by the difference of digital divide, data power and right conflict induced by the deviation of public attributes, complicated application scenarios and difficult to clarify the ownership and responsibility of data, and data monitoring solidification leading to security crisis and rights damage, this study puts forward in-depth practice of digital inclusion concept to effectively crack digital hidden anxiety; improving the data rights protection system to strengthen the level of data security self-discipline management; clarifying the boundary of powers and responsibilities of governance subjects, and also strengthening the effectiveness of collaborative governance by multiple subjects; and improving the level of data collaborative governance, so as to strengthen the digital platform technology supervision and other easing measures.
