(School of Physical Education,Jiaying University,Meizhou 514015,China) Abstract: Taking the Guanxian Plum Blossom Fist Inheritance Association as a research case, this paper explores the process of master-apprentice interaction and organizational construction. The interaction between master and apprentice in the association includes: (1) communication and collaboration: master guides and punishes disciples to develop behavioral norms, and strengthens the relationship between master and apprentice in the gradual progress of skills; (2) emotional interaction: master devoted himself to the inheritance of martial arts in exchange for emotional feedback from his disciples; (3) ceremonial sharing: the worship ritual establishes a master apprentice relationship, and the ancestor worship conference strengthens organizational identity. The association is constructed in the interaction between masters and apprentices: (1) in the inheritance of skills, apprentices integrate the association into their understanding of the master, and the master and apprentices jointly maintain the good image of the association, ultimately forming common goals and behavioral norms; (2) in emotional communication, the enhancement of a disciple's sense of belonging is manifested in the progressive and sublimation of emotions towards the association from admiration, care to attachment; (3) in ritual sharing, worship of masters and ancestors permeate the emotional shaping system to enrich the narrative of martial arts and promote identity. In short, master- apprentice interaction is the integration and promotion of emotions and rituals around the inheritance of Wushu, and folk Wushu organizations should promote the inheritance of skills through the integration of emotions and rituals.
