(中南财经政法大学 体育部，湖北 武汉430074)  摘要:体育产业在我国兴起的时间较晚，发展时间较短，体育产业立法在内容和形式方面存在不少缺陷，必须予以完善。在完善我国体育产业立法时应遵循适应社会与体育产业发展的原则、完整统一的原则和协调均衡的原则，并对体育中介服务业、竞赛表演业、健身娱乐业、咨询培训业方面的立法完善等予以阐述。 关键词：体育产业；体育产业立法；立法原则 中国分类号：G80-05；G812   文献标识码：A  文章编号：1006-7116(2003)04-0012-03

(Department of Physical Education,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law,Wuhan 430074,China) Abstract:There is plenty of room for improvement in sport industry's legislation due to the fact that sport industry has a relatively short history in China.The author of this essay argues that sport industry's legislation should follow the society and sport industry's  development.The author also stresses that sport industry's legislation must be in an all-around and co-ordinated way.Finally the author of this essay elaborates on how to improve sport industry's legislation in the following aspects: Sport intermediating and entertainment,consultation and training.
