The study also deeply analyses the influence of the "test-taking schema", "identity schema" and "pedagogical schema" accumulated in the cultural-cognitive system on the implementation behaviour of physical education and health curriculum, and based on this, three aspects of optimization strategies are also proposed, namely to implement and strengthen the mechanism of supervision and accountability, to achieve effective control over the implementation of the curriculum reform; to scientifically plan the power of institutional arrangements to lead and construct the correct identity perception of physical education teachers; and to respect and intervene in the endogenous power of physical education teachers, to promote the enhancement of their professional competence.
