The high-quality development of school physical education in rural areas in new era is the union that taking the new development concept as guide, taking the fair development as the core, taking the meeting the needs of rural students for high-quality physical education as the direction, taking the promoting the all-round development of rural students as the goal, and taking the optimizing the physical education performance of rural schools and improving the physical education effect of rural schools constantly as the process and result. The high-quality development of school physical education in rural areas includes the following seven dimensions, such as fair development, balanced development, open development, comprehensive development, green development, innovative development and shared development. This article analyzes the connotation and paths of high-quality development in each dimension, and also take the practice of Guangdong as a typical example, so as to promote the practice development and theoretical research innovation of school physical education in rural areas and also to get more discussions.
