Based on the embedding theory and combined with the case study material of Hanjiangwan public fitness center, it has been found that social organizations are embedded in the supply practice of public services for sports stadiums through the system, resources, emotions and capabilities, and then public services efficiency of sports stadiums is continuously improved. In order to guide social organizations to better embed, it is necessary to clarify the role position, and enhance the professional capacity of social organizations; to strengthen the supervision and assessment, and stimulate the endogenous motivation of social organizations; to guide the participation of the masses, and enhance the developmental vitality for social organizations; to strengthen the wisdom of empowerment, and dig deeper into the potential of public services for sports stadiums.
