When dealing with students' casualty accident, the liability principles that schools should bear are fault liability and equitable liability, not liability without fault. To resolve the problem of students' casualty accident, schools should take many preventing measures and construct social insurance systems. It is also necessary that found special organizations to deal with students' casualty accident.
