摘要：从心理健康教育的目的和任务出发，结合体育教学的特殊性以及自己多年的体育教学实践，阐述了在体育教学中如何开展心理健康教育的一些做法。

Abstract: This essay discusses the urgency and some effective methods of promoting students'psychological health for the 21st century according to his own experience in physical education teaching.
