摘要：成瘾性是一个普遍的现象，有其独特的生理和心理机制，网络性成瘾是一种消极的心理性成瘾，对身心健康具有严重的危害性，应该加强教育和管理；体育性成瘾是一种生理和心理相结合的成瘾行为，对身心健康有积极的作用，应该得到提倡和培养。

Abstract: Addiction is a common phenomenon and has its own physical and psychological mechanism.Web addiction is a passive psychological one  which may cause great harm to students' health and therefore should be supervised.While PE addiction is a passive one  which is worth advocating and cultivating.
