摘要：通过对全国23所高等师范院校58位体育教育专家的调查和访问，提出构建新时期高等师范院校公共体育课程的教学目标、课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、隐性教育、教学评价、课程管理和教学保障的基本内容和指导思想。

Abstract: Through the investigation and visitation on 58 physical cultural experts of 23 advanced normal schools all over the country, we put forward the basic content and conception of the system of public physical courses in this new period,including the system of teaching objective, establishment of courses, teaching content,teaching method,recessive education,teaching appraisal, management of courses and teaching guarantee.All these will supply the advanced normal schools with reference basis to carry out the physical and health education.
