摘要：就构成体育教学过程的4个要素（即教师、教材、学生、媒介）进行分析，认为教师转换视角和思维方式，突破常规组织教法的局限，将有利于营造培养学生创新能力的课堂教学氛围。

Abstract: This text analyeed four essential element constituted PE teaching(namely teacher, teaching materal,student,medium)s,proposed that the teacher conversion to see the Cape with the thought method,and break the localization to organize the student,will benefit to educate the student creative ability in classroom teaching.
