| (Institute of Physical Education,Nanjing Normal University,Nanjing 210097,China) Abstract: Both the restraint and flexibility of physical education curriculum reflect the relationship beteew universality and particularity .While universality acknowledges individual characteristic for different objects,it nevertheless abstracts the common characteristics from them,without keeping the individual characteristic from development.If we correctly deal with the relationship between the restraint and the flexibility from physical education curriculum,it will help to advance the pace of reform for physical education curriculum.
