摘要：采用模糊数学与指标定分相结合的方法综合评价体育教师的能力，对体育教师综合能力进行了具体的剖析，为改革评价和管理方法及体育教师的评优、晋升职称等提供参考。

Abstract:Combining the methods of illegibility mathematics and indices scoring, the paper appraises and analyzes the PE teachers ability synthetically to supply reference for reforming of evaluation and management, evaluating outstanding achievement of PE teachers, and their title of a technical post promoting.
