学校在学校体育伤害事故中的归责原则及法律责任

Imputation rules and leagal liabilities of injury accidents in physical education

Abstract: The present paper suggests that schools should observe the rules of taking liabilities and the rules of fair play in dealing with injury accidents in physical education.Though they may bear,partially or wholly,civil liabilities,it is not suitable for them to pay too much for the accidents for schools are educational institutions of public good.Therefore,the practice of injury insurance in physical education must be enforced.
