| (Department of Physical Edecation,Handan College,Handan 056005,China) Abstract: In small towns in Hebei province, the residents spend relatively less leisure time on participating in physical exercising; physical exercising facility is seriously inadequate and lacks of unified organization and management; exercising groups present a U shape pattern; physical exercising forms a positive correlation with income level, age and educational background.
