Experimental study of the effect of artistic gymnastics on improving the level of psychological health of female university students

Abstract: According to the present situation of viewing the physical education from the angle of athelic thchnigue while neglecting the importance of education of psycholgical health,authors pratised the method of psycholgical health in the teaching of athelic gymnastics.The authors of this paper intended to fing out the effect of the sports method of psychological health on improving the level of psychological health of female university students.If the effect of the experiment could act as a reference for the reform of the teaching of the artistic gymnatics,the artistic would be pleased.
