(Department of Physical Education and Art，Huizhou College，Huizhou 516015，China) Abstract: The problems which exist in the course management and instructive thoughts of the physical education in China haven’t attracted enough attention.Accordig to the current situation of physical education in China，after analyzing the main reasons which affect the reform of physical education， the author puts forward four solutions，which will improve the simultoneous development between the reform of the technical courses of physical education and the overall reform of physical education in the universitites.
