再论我国田径运动技术水平的制约因素与可持续发展——兼与谢成柏同志商榷

| (娄底师范高等专科学校 体育系，湖南 娄底41700) 摘要：针对《我国田径运动技术水平的制约因素与发展构想》一文提出的4个论点：人才分流走失严重、教练员的训练方法守旧、基层群众性田径竞赛活动少、遗传因素。在调查访问的基础上得出：传统文化是制约我国田径运动技术水平的内在的、本质的因素，高校建立高水平运动队，是田径运动人才的合理分流。实现我国田径运动技术水平的可持续发展，应解放思想，摆正心态，给田径运动训练一个宽松的内外环境；增强科学理性，实行科学选材和科学训练；分流引畅，运动员培养大学化。 关键词：田径运动技术；高水平运动队；传统文化；可持续发展 中图分类号：G820.3；G820.92 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2002)03-0112-03 |

Reargument on the restrictive factors and sustainable development of China’s track and field techniques——A concurrent discussion with Mr.XIE Baicheng

Abstract: Aiming at “Restriction and developing conception of Chinese track and field”, this paper puts forward 4 arguments: serious diversion and loss of talents, conservative training ways of the coach,lack of track and field competitions at the basic level and inherent causes. Based on visits and investigations, a conclusion is drawn: traditional culture is the internal and essential factor that restricts China’s track and field techniques; organizing a high-level sports teams in colleges and universities is the reasonable diversion of track and field. In order to realize the sustainable development of china’s track and field techniques, we should emancipate our mind, keep a correct state of mind and create for track and field training a relaxed external environment: strengthening scientific reason, choosing and training sportsmen scientifically, diversing talented athletes and training them in colleges and universities.
