摘要：社会心理状态是衡量社会发展程度的重要标尺之一。社会体育心理状态也衡量社会体育发展的重要指标。一个国家、民族、地区、单位体育的发展，不仅表现在竞技运动得多少金牌，群众体育参与人数及“达标”率和“体育人口”率的高低，而且也表现在国民对社会体育的心理状态，积极研究和准确把握社会体育心理，是新世纪全面推进全民健身计划纲要和促进我国体育事业发展的重要内容。

Abstract: The PE development of a country, a nation, an area or a department is not only shown  on the number of gold medals it gets in the sports; the number of people who do sports and the level of the PE standard rate.But also shown on the psychology of social physical education. In this case ,the social physical education psychology is another important standard to measure the  PE development of the society.
