摘要：分析了我国健康教育内容的现状，提出对健康教育的改革应重视健康促进的教育，强调体育运动对人身心健康的影响，重视体育运动对人生活方式的影响，并把健康教育的内容纳入素质教育中。

Abstract: The content of health education in our country was reviewed. And the reformation of it should emphasize the health promotion, the effects of exercise on health and the life style. The health education should also be bought into the quality education.
